Exactly two years ago we started off with our Get Started IoT Network at Hannover Messe 2016. This year we would like to invite you to our celebration network on April 25. Presentations and discussions will take place at Cisco’s stand and after that we will turn to Bitkom’s stand for drinks and snacks.
We will talk about Security in Manufacturing and how blockchain can be used to support collaboration as well as secure important assets. Oliver Tuszik, Vice President and General Manager of Cisco Germany since 2013, will present current and future challenges to our infrastructure, assets and property rights and how we can prepare for them.
After that, we will have two startups on stage that will show us their approach to security in manufacturing and discuss differences and similarities with established companies like Cisco. One of them is Blockchain startup XAIN. Leif-Nissen Lundbæk, CEO & Co-founder of XAIN, will tell us how Porsche and Daimler make use of their know-how in order to provide secure services for their customers. Rhebo on the other hand focuses on securing critical industrial infrastructure with their product Rhebo Industrial Protector. They will shed some light on most common security problems and concerns and how they aim to minimize security risks in manufacturing.
